Summer Inspiration

Okay so it's officially summer in North Queensland, (even though technically it's still winter) so I can only imagine what summer is going to be like!!! This summer I'm looking for bold colours, print, but with a boho gypsy vibe. Channelling my inner Mary Kate Olsen & Nicole Richie.

Mimco Show at LMFF!!

Last night myself and two friends went to the Mimco Dreamwarp Society Season 1: 2012 show at the L'oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival. To capture our attention the show started with 2 men playing Chinese Drums before a live opera singer took to the stage, sounding absolutely captivating. We were then transported into another time as a Lana del Rey song started to play and the amazingly stunning Jessica Gomes opened the show. I didn't manage to get good enough quality pictures of the pieces to show you so I have sourced them from others who were there. I do have a couple of picture's of myself getting ready to go to the show and will add more later as the other pictures are on my friends camera.

I got this amazing top & necklace from Bingo Betty which you can find here: Bingo Betty and wore my Subtitled leather look pants from General Pants Co. (which have been getting alot of wear lately!) Filipo Raphael black heels and my usual rings.


It was a beautiful Autumn night, unusually warm for this time of year so it was the perfect night to be out and about in the Docklands, people watching all of the fashionista's that had come out that night.

The show was amazing and loved by all. Thank you Mimco for putting on such a wonderful performance and an extra special thanks to the beautiful Tessa from Circa Now for the tickets.

Lazy Saturday Afternoon With Vogue

Today I went to get my ears pierced (again). I'm always forgetting to put earring's in and letting the hole close up. Now my lazy afternoon reading starts with the best present ever from my mum!

This is what i wore today, nothing fancy just something to throw on when you have some errands to run kinda thing.

Friend of mine shirt, 'Subtitled' Leather look pants from General Pants, Leopard print flats, Tiffany & Co bracelet and random assortment of rings. I'm still working on the outfit picture thing, every time i take off my sunglasses i seem to squint.
