Autumn Outfits

First of all I would like to sincerely say sorry to those people who follow me and were completely spammed, it was my first time using Polyvore and I had no idea it was sharing everything I was clicking on and making it a blogpost! Again sorry!!!!

Because I am going back up to Northern Queensland in a couple of weeks and my Autumn will be spent there it will still be hot so here is some of my inspiration of what I'll be wearing.

I thought I would also try a day to night look.

I'm also thinking about getting yes wait for it I am not kidding adult jellybeans sandals in clear. Girls they are making a comeback come warmer weather! Will you buy into or stay clear of this trend? To early to tell? Let's wait and see. You can find them here: jellybeans

Baby it's cold outside!

Autumn is here and I'm definitely feeling the chill, so until i make my way up to sunny Queensland here are some outfit inspirations.


The Basics:

The shirt

Plain, printed, sheer, black, white or a pop of colour the shirt is an essential item in your wardrobe.

Love this sheer blue pastel shirt with printed pants

A pop of colour can brighten up your day

For extra warmth use a neck cuff as the female bow-tie so chic

Shirt collar tips or studs can take your shirt to the next level

 Leather pants

Leather skinny pants in any color, with and without texture.

Simple Black leather skinnies look fantastic with a pop of colour.

Elle Macpherson looks amazing in burgundy leather pants.

Grey leather and stripes? Can't go wrong

Christine Centenera. Enough said.

Sweater

A good sweater can keep you warm while also making sure you're chic & comfortable

I love this combination of the statement sweater with leather shorts and pumps.

Other basic's include the simple tee, the blazer, jeans, the jacket, the coat (fur or faux depending on where you stand) and the trench.

Autumn Inspiration

Being in Melbourne at the moment during Autumn makes for very difficult dressing. It's the city of 4 seasons in one day. Here are some of my inspiration pics for my Autumn wardrobe. I really need to get an inspiration board for my apartment i have so many files saved everywhere my laptop hates me so in this post I'm only concentrating on headgear. Outfit inspirations are to come shortly!

As you may be able to tell, this Autumn and most likely Winter I am digging the beanie, every single variety. The second thing you might have noticed is I have the BIGGEST style crush on Russian 'it girl' Miroslava Duma who previously worked for Harpers Bazaar Russia. Amazing style.

Lazy Saturday Afternoon With Vogue

Today I went to get my ears pierced (again). I'm always forgetting to put earring's in and letting the hole close up. Now my lazy afternoon reading starts with the best present ever from my mum!

This is what i wore today, nothing fancy just something to throw on when you have some errands to run kinda thing.

Friend of mine shirt, 'Subtitled' Leather look pants from General Pants, Leopard print flats, Tiffany & Co bracelet and random assortment of rings. I'm still working on the outfit picture thing, every time i take off my sunglasses i seem to squint.

Sunny Autumn Day

Today was beautiful, eventually. This morning it was miserable and cold and i was wearing a big fluffy jumper but by this afternoon the sun was out and it was a really nice temperature. Here is my outfit of the day. Very casual as all I did today was go to the hairdresser to get a much needed haircut!

I'm wearing floral pants by Friend Of  Mine a plain tee from Bardot, Jewllery from everywhere which you cant really see but that big black ring is from diva, im also wearing a ring I bought from Down Yonder earlier this week, a Tiffany & Co bracelet and some random green flats. My lovely mum took this picture while i was just sitting the garden relaxing enjoying the last of the sun for the day.
