Brunette

I've already said that I change my mind and my look alot. But last night I took the plunge and my friend and I dyed my hair a deep mahogany brown with red and purple tinges to it. It was a very messy and at some points a hilarious experience but I think we did okay. I've never had such dark hair before and it's a very dramatic transformation I didn't recognise myself in the mirror this morning! Now I'm busy thinking up how to maximise my new look with makeup and clothing choices. Looking forward to experimenting with this one! I'm currently taking colour inspiration from Christine Centera, Miroslava Duma, Jessica Alba & Rachel Bilson.

Okay I have to cut myself off now, so many options to explore! I will try and do an outfit post tomorrow. Hope everyones having an amazing Saturday!!

Autumn Inspiration

Being in Melbourne at the moment during Autumn makes for very difficult dressing. It's the city of 4 seasons in one day. Here are some of my inspiration pics for my Autumn wardrobe. I really need to get an inspiration board for my apartment i have so many files saved everywhere my laptop hates me so in this post I'm only concentrating on headgear. As you may be able to tell, this Autumn and most likely Winter I am digging the beanie, every single variety. The second thing you might have noticed is I have the BIGGEST style crush on Russian 'it girl' Miroslava Duma who previously worked for Harpers Bazaar Russia. Amazing style.

There are so many different options to choose from in the fashion world currently and no matter if you are heading into Autumn or Spring, there are a lot of decisions to be made. Which palette are you loving at the moment? What is on your to buy list and what is in your wardrobe? A little bit of everything perhaps or maybe one particular trend has caught your eye. Of course there will be a lot of mixing and matching going on but I want YOUR opinion on what you will be rocking this up coming season.

Sorry about the rushed short post, my poor puppy Chibi (who is adorable and only 3) got hit by a car this morning and had to be rushed to the vet's. She hasn't broken any bones but they are doing an x-ray to check for internal damage and she is on a fluid drip and has had pain killers. Please keep her in your prayers.
